I don't like that Russia has a central bank at all. I suppose it is possible theirs isn't like ours, and I'm just being a ninny, but, well, you know me and anything to do with monetary systems.
I try not to dwell on them without letting myself turn into a complete moron on the subject... even though it is moronic even to have such a subject affect adult human judgment at all.

jo6pac has dropped me a note to assure me that the Russian central bank is not like ours, and its miscreants get thrown in jail, so I am somewhat mollified, not feeling as pissy about their very existence now. My concession to reality. I don't have to like it, but better not to hate it.
