It was always the West making the East scramble, to spend money better invested elsewhere on pumping up their defense expenditures. So it's kind of entertaining to see Russia and China upsetting our supposedly superior weapons... I mean, maybe not so much, or maybe forcing the psychopaths to drag out more evidence of their planet-busting tech.
