That we're anywhere near advanced enough spiritually to even attempt such a thing, and wonder even if we were spiritually advanced enough, whether we'd find it anything like an advancement. I think, at best, it could only be considered a prosthetic for people born with dread mental deficiencies or for old people who couldn't otherwise keep their faculties until the end.
