When we were morally-offended liberals working to prevent election fraud, that conservatives kept insisting was voter fraud, and we filled our days and nights squabbling about it, in "support" of an inactivist who swore he only wanted the recognition to help the cause. I remember how vexed he was that the big old Democratic senators gave him all kinds of praise and a few moments access and then never fixed a thing. Rueful chuckle, heh, heh... pfeh.
