There are people out there using this image to express how muzzled women are in today's world, but I think it should be used to express the need to shut more of 'em up. If this horrific "victim" bleating keeps up, there will never come a time when anyone — man or woman — can rise in the competency hierarchy on their own merit. It will only be about the ones who can embody the owners' priorities most convincingly.
