That you have to appear weak to the enemy when you are strong, but I have a feeling the aim has been, not to drain the swamp, but to rtake its command structure... that problem amid the psychopaths... the warring factions... the eternal battle for absolute supremacy. Donald's faction being happier with the old world order, more humanistic for however awful it is, and Nosbaracktu's faction being a great deal more futuristic about it.
