I just went over and browsed through the last couple weeks of arch Q Continuum posts and this same video was brought up again, for at least the tenth time. I have been assuming all along that it's meant to bolster our confidence in the president's true intent, and that it was his nomination speech. Was it his nomination speech? Or part of it? I never checked.
Has someone the time or inclination to verify my assumption here?
