We really have moved beyond the need for nukes with which to scare the shit out of each other, and if everyone has such strong defenses against first strikes, wouldn't it be marvelous if we would also stop slaughtering innocents wholesale everywhere just to keep the lizards driving around in human suits who profit off it entertained?
