I was in the room with a tv when they were showing him doing this. Our jaws dropped. I'm pretty sure Joe Biden can't tell fact from fiction anymore. Which, I guess, follows, since if you lie and lie and lie and lie for that many decades, you have to lose track of what happened and what was just an idea for dramatic effect.
