It's not much, but it's more like the California we knew than I've seen in too long. Doesn't make the assholes in Sacramento any less culpable or even scratch the obscene homelessness situation, but at least there might be a few on the streets of Eureka who will be able to dig their way out of hell with a little decent moral support.
