Highway warning signs all giving COVID-19 advice. No baker potatoes, toilet paper or water at the stores by an hour after the open... rationing being implemented... the fucking WORKS here, there and everywhere.
WHILE this is NOT a hurricane or earthquake or anything approximating the kind of emergency that halts access to groceries and essential services. Nope. Panic is vastly worse than this pandemic.
BECAUSE it makes things ten times harder for people who can barely handle hard at all.
