It can be ALL capitalist AND you take away the insurance companies' ability to dictate to healthcare providers, while taxing the wealthy much more heavily and ceasing with the coverage for illegal aliens... pretty much put it back to where it was before the government looted the trust funds set up to make sure everybody could get medical care, and Bob's our back in good graces uncle.
