I do know that the padding of eligibility and amounts in the CARES Act was expected to be a nightmare for state agencies, but bread lines are UNacceptable, and what of the people whose parents and/or friends can't make up the difference for unemployed adults. WTF?

Maybe the online applications are too complicated for even computer-savvy young people to negotiate successfully? Or is my friend's kid but one example of maybe millions saved from bread lines ONLY by dint of... of what?
