Sometime yesterday afternoon I got a break from the screaming pain, for which I am very, very grateful, but I don't think I passed the stone, and this morning, after practically drowning myself in water and cranberry juice, it feels like doom down there. Just as though something alien will be popping out of my belly any minute.
