Sullivan asked the DOJ to verify their submissions, and they did. It's too terrible that I can imagine now that the judge would continue to victimize General Flynn, despite everything, but I can in these psychedelic times. Though I do feel this is a strong indication he will FINALLY follow the law and dismiss the case against an innocent man... an innocent American hero.
