I remember from 7th grade biology, and from my serious brush with death from lack of vitamin D in the early 2000s, people remarking that even black people were having trouble with their D levels from staying indoors too much. Well, balderdash, it turns out. Especially black people are having trouble with their D levels.
Just thought I should tune us all up on this point.
