There is NO reason to force a vaccination on ANYONE, ever, anywhere, let alone in the United States. If someone doesn't want to be made immune to a disease, that's their right, and it harms NO ONE. If someone would rather chance the disease than the adjuvants in the vaccine, that's their right, and it harms NO ONE. Unvaccinated kids are not a danger to the vaccinated ones. Same with adults. PERIOD.
