Where he purports to be discussing Operation Lockstep, and I don't know if he ever got around to it because I completely lost patience with him dicking around and not getting to the point for something like twenty minutes before I snapped it off, but maybe you want to endure it or surf through it to see if he got around to it. I think the general point is that the globalists are trying to make you lose so much faith in government that you will leap at the chance to "fix" it. I seriously do not need to put up with blather to get that point, so I didn't.
