That I face planted at about 4am while trying to get under my desk for an electrical outlet to comply with some of my home recovery reommendations. It was a fine balancing act, at which I am good, even when grievously injured, but my expensive new soles on my favorite old uggs failed me in the clinch.
So I learned my lesson and shall do more healing and less face planting from now on.
