Of "voluntary" gas rationing anywhere, let alone Europe. Pardon me, but I lived through "mandatory" water rationing in Marin County back in the 70s. Rich people DO NOT cut back on anything, let alone things like water and energy... even if there are meters that will tell on them.
I suggest you bother to listen to Gonzolo's Roundtable on nukes from yesterday if you want to hear about the forces, beside pure idiocy, at work behind "decision making" in the West nowadays. They made some darn good points on that.
