That anyone with evidence against them, who won't be silenced, is getting the same BLARINGLY ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL treatment. Of course, Mike had started abusing the living fuck out of his email list, to the point where he started overflowing everyone's spam filters, always seeming to be a bloodcurdling patriotic emergency slash great pillow sale, so the feds probably figure his public is sick enough of him to just let it pass.
They don't do this to other spammers.
