On the local front, I made it over the hill to Whole Paycheck to get Billy some SERIOUS probiotics, and back again, with an absolute minimum of "civilizational" aggravation. Miraculous! Even a shady parking space right by the front entrance. Pleasant people and a minimum of snobs. Very few Martian pinhead cyclists hogging up the road back. Over all I had what you might call a victorious morning.
