I think anyone should be able to change their name at will and without permission from anyone, but since that's no longer legal because the force-monopolists feel the need to corner people, invoking pee-oh-esses like Grosskreutz, he really did man up and tell the truth at Kyle's trial, and I imagine he's suffered enough for his sins. Maybe they ought to let him do it, so long as he's in all the LEO databases as being who he is.
