It has been raining pachyderms here for many days. It is supposed to stop this afternoon, and give us some sun tomorrow and Thursday, which is great luck for me because I must be driving all day tomorrow to reach Lakeport, where I will be busy in court for a week.
So don't freak out if I don't post regularly during this time. I do not have any portable way to get on the internet, must lug my desk computer down with me and plug it in at my Airbnb. So I won't be utterly out of touch. Just mostly.
I need some office supplies for this, though, and the flood warnings are up. All the rain on all the snowpack will be having everything overflowing. I hope Crescent City has its act together so I don't drown in my valient attempt to be organized and look like I know what I'm doing.
