I realize you need lots of it to listen to AJ, or even Robert Barnes, but I think everyone should give it the college try once or twice a year, if for no other reason than one needs to continue to try to understand people who drive you crazy. I'm positive Alex Jones is a good guy at heart, and it's not his fault I have to turn the volume down to barely audible to endure his unrelenting hysteria.
My nerves have been what you call "shot" for thirty years, and this is no kind of help for them, but it helps ME live with them when I can make myself listen. I man up for it... because I vowed to save all sentient beings.
