It's as likely to be another means to saber rattle Russia AND We the People as it is to be anything like a true gathering of cannon fodder... but... well... don't get me wrong, there may be a need for us to RAISE the prospects of a certain level of society to the rank of cannon fodder, because, certainly, we can see the lower ones everywhere we look.
We just seriously do NOT learn from history and the flea circus is about ready for an encore.
