When, right before I hit send in the email to ask for a puppy, it struck me that I'm too decrepit to do all the upkeep, even assuming I could ever pay for one. Sometimes it just grabs me by the throat and all the sense I already have gets blown out of me for HOURS AND HOURS. I hope I don't keep forgetting like that... or if I do, I guess I could just give my dog a bath and a blow dry every night before bed.
