You know, this exemplifies why I love Putin and Kadyrov. Back in the day, back when we'd pushbutton revolutioned Chechnya, Putin went to Kadyrov and told him, look, they are ONLY trying to use you to weaken us, and they WILL NOT reward Chechnya for it. You stick with me and I promise you will be a thousand times stronger and happier for it.
And he made good on that promise. Putin and Kadyrov might as well be the same man.
I love that Kadyrov took the offer for a strong and happy Chechnya over personal gain, and I love that Putin had the decency and wisdom to propose it to him instead of keeping up the bloodbath the WEST had caused.
