I am mightily pissed about waking up in the certified morning for the second day in a row, after finally getting a good night's sleep for the second day in a row, from carefully ingesting all my age-curative concoctions, in a state of something akin to optimism from things like noticing blue tongues in high places, and intense gratitude from help coming to my pee-oh box from Joely.
Like, you know, I've been crawling across the Gobi at the rate of one slink per day for, I don't know, a couple decades maybe, finally reaching the outskirts of the planetary capitol city, Vitality, only to be greeted by a tsunami of miserable news.
Maybe I shouldn't gripe. I distinctly remember Murphy having been declared my godfather clear back in antiquity, when I was baptized, but it'd've been so damn nice to get at least a day feeling the joy.
