If you speed up the video it's much less painful to hear. Don't get me wrong, my gratitude for having Bobby in charge of HHS is probably impossible to overstate. I just truly loathe having to struggle along with him as he's speaking. You might not know anyone whose sympathy pains are as visceral as mine.
