Of archeologists still flipping out about the big "news" from some weeks back, I came across Ben articulating the point of paying attention, which is that there was a civilization on this planet radically more advanced than ours maybe tens of thousands of years, or even longer, ago.
As for the big deal Khafre "find" from space, well, I'm beginning to think the whole reason for doing that was to set sundry academics' hair on fire, a stunt strictly for shits and giggles, and, truly, if so, mission accomplished.
