I don't know how the date got changed to the 16th, but I know for sure Putin's not going in person because the dope fiends demanded a ceasefire, a condition.
Everyone I know who sees things for what they are has been bellowing that we cannot dictate terms to Russia; that Putin doesn't bluff, doesn't lie; stop being jackasses, stop the killing, take your lumps and let decency prevail, etc etc etc, for something like the entire first quarter of this century.
