Listen at whatever speed you like. I'm just sick of the dawdle. It's usually helpful to listen to Alex, and even to his partner, Alexander, both being darn good analysts... just men making their mansplaining unendurably drawn out.
I have to remember that MOST people need it that way. You gotta qualify stuff to herd their mentalities toward cognition, and you gotta repeat yourself and embelish forty-five times or Mister and Missus John Q Public are apt to walk off all uncomprehending.
It turns my perfection of patience project into a bottle rocket....
