THE CURRENT SITUATION: Israel wants to keep slaughtering people wholesale without fear of being stopped.
Israel has nukes, or had them but wants everyone around them to believe they have them, because their safety will be seen as humanity's top priority on pain of lots more death anywhere and everywhere if they have to personally chase each one of us down and turn us to dog meat.
Iran is SICK of it, recognizes it for what it is, and has made lots of moves to keep Israel in check... because they are threatened by nukes, real or imagined, they want to pierce Israel's despicable sense of entitlement to slaughter anyone who gets in their way.
Iran doesn't want a nuke. Nukes are "unIslamic"... but nukes seem to be all that anyone out here respects. So, they decide to keep their enrichment just on the point of usable for a nuke so everyone — Israel, United States, any other pretenders to dominance over them — knows they can quickly have one for when/if anyone out here decides to steamroll them.
Donald doesn't want to be the president who lets anyone else join the nukes club... like it's up to him... ignominious presidential legacy, and Bibi [with his multifarious minions here in the United States] is out there jabbing him [us] with it like this is a slasher movie.
