By the autopen? I don't think presidential pardons were ever meant to cover criminal enterprises, coups d'etat, from prosecution. I know yer spozed to impeach presidents like that first, and then throw the book at them, but things like murder and crimes against humanity are NOT "executive privilege". When we say no one is above the law, we mean
NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
