Although I've long entertained the fantasy that HUD could end up helping us get housing for the homeless, and that maybe would've required more personnel, but we can't even afford my fantasies so I'm reminding myself that we might only be able to wrest our country back from the cold dead hands of the psychopaths we've drowned in a bathtub.
