I had the hots for Malcolm McDowell something fierce when I was a young thing. It started, of course, with Alex. I went nuts for Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange. I went to see it TWELVE times in the theaters. Not just to see him, but because I so seriously loved that movie. The soundtrack blasted out of my car nonstop for years. I was the most famous commuter between Marin and SF, bar none. Almost as though I were a movie star.
