And may well not have even been a bullet. Most plausible of ALL the theories is a tiny shaped charge shot from behind him — from a little above him on his right. Even the "bullet shard" the hospital says they found is probably a bit of the projectile that carried the charge.
Plus, the guilty are acting entirely too guilty....
