He is NOT a dictator. He has the complete trust of almost every Russian.
I mean, yeah, he leaves it to his generals, but they follow his orders. He did not go get advanced degrees at the war college, and they did, so there is definitely excellent communication between them.
And, y'all know I don't think Larry is the sharpest pencil in the box, but there's a lot of important information in this little Moscow walk and talk.
