Certainly Maduro is not nearly as guilty of anything nefarious as they insist. His worst crime is pissing off some rich people, who have no right to be SO pissed because he didn't take anything from them but the ability to abuse the general population to death, but I think Hugo would've been better at keeping the country from these fiends.
