I'm worried now about all the Americans stranded in them, soldiers, expats, workers, tourists, none of whom even crossed Neo-Caligula's mind over the months he'd been planning this clusterfuck with Bibi. Not to mention the general populations of those dictatorships who were only imagining they were under the infallible umbrella of the USA.
There is no possible scenario under which our sundry intelligence agencies can have failed to inform the Oval Office of the capabilities of the Iranian state... almost no possible scenario under which we might believe the Pentagon failed to game this out with that intelligence firmly in mind.
That leaves only a few scenarios under which we might identify the president's motive incompetence. Senility, idiopathic idiocy, mortal duress or well hidden membership in a death cult. ALL workable under the 25th Amendment.
