First thing this morning I checked about the wildfires just to the north and just to the south of me, hoping to see them gone from yesterday's rain. Well, they weren't gone, but their smoke plumes were dramatically smaller. However, I noticed that a bad one had started up very near Yosemite. So tonight it seems the fires just south of me are regaining their mojo, and the Yosemite fire is totally crazy.
Heavy sigh.
