It seems to me that the BRICS banking thing has hit the City of London right between the eyes, made them realize that while they think they are taking two steps forward, they're really taking about fifty steps back, that unless they can give Doctor Mary's Monkey to a few more world leaders right away, they better fall back, pretend to play a little nicer while they regroup.
I don't know about you, but every time the trolls start baying about where ever can Putin be, I am terrorized. It's bad enough the constant threat of bought scoundrels at home, but Putin leaving Russia for any reason fills me with dread.
