Tony has put up a page to supplement some of his videos. He can't help being difficult to grok, but a little googling of terms and places to purchase ingredients could end up making your life very much happier.
And, you can always email him and plead for more clarity when it's important. He's fantastically generous with suffering sentients. Seriously. You could end up gobsmacked by how much better you'll feel.
Remember, it is his contention that we all have Morgellons and it's only the people showing symptoms whose immune systems are up for the fight... that we're all worsening our problems with frequencies radiation by letting ourselves be turned into bipedal antennae. So you might even want to consider some of the stuff you don't think applies to you.
