Note CalFire still being diplomatic about the fires the feds are "fighting", in this case the Rough fire. CalFire has been doing a really good job where they are allowed to work. And our local fire departments, volunteer or paid. It's the federally managed land where they are invoking "nature"... and... come on, start crying... we've got months to go before nature makes up for those fucks' institutional psychopathy.
