It sounds a lot like where Admiral Janeway got her ideas about ultimately beneficial capitalism, except it can't work with money. It could for a short while somewhere everyone was determined, but could not last a generation before it was debauched beyond recall. So I remind you again, the entire problem is any monetary system at all.
