And we got almost all fresh food, no vaccinations whatever until we were three, and those were not full of adjuvants, aka toxins, and we got to play in the sand and dirt and mud! Glorious mud. The milk came straight from the dairy to our doors, which means it had all the good biota from the cows and the grass they ate. And very little came from plastic that weeps chemicals into what it contains.
